We’re on a mission to bring families together, help them learn how to play creatively, and change their outcomes for the better. Over 32,000 children and their grown-ups take part in fantastic creative experiences with us every year, at our unique venue in Darlington, as part of our festivals, or through our community programmes. We want to keep our play programmes free and to bring them to those who need them most.
Research by York St John University has shown that Creative Play installations, workshops and activities improve outcomes for children and their grown-ups, reducing depression, speeding up child development and strengthening vital family relationships. We want to expand these opportunities so no child or parent misses out.
As a registered charity Theatre Hullabaloo have an amazing opportunity to raise money so our important work can reach more families in need!
